The 2024 Copa Bicentenario will be the 3rd edition of the Copa Bicentenario, the national cup competition of Peru. The competition will feature the participation of 18 teams both the Liga 1 and Liga 2.[1] The champions will qualify for the 2025 Copa Sudamericana, as well as the Supercopa Peruana, played against 2024 Liga 1 champions.
Sporting Cristal are the defending champions.
Format
[edit]The Peruvian Football Federation has yet to announce the competition format.
Schedule
[edit]The Copa Bicentenario is set to take place in-between the 2024 Liga 1's Torneo Apertura and Clausura, and during 2024 Copa América, around June to August.
Teams
[edit]36 teams will take part in the tournament, 18 from the Liga 1 and 18 from the Liga 2.
